In its earlier days, The Peerless Saloon was best known for the whiskey served there, which was produced by the original owner. The saloon's most interesting feature is its massive mirror-backed mahogany bar, which was made for the 1904 Chicago World’s Fair. On the second floor of the saloon, The Atlanta Room can be reserved for meetings, private parties and social events. During its earlier days, this portion of the building was used as a brothel and speakeasy.
